Chef Spencer and his entire team was more than accommodating. I was planning my wedding for over a year and a half and he made the planning and the execution of this day so much easier! He has fantastic style and so helpful. They are respectful and professional and the food as absolutely phenomenal! My guests couldn\u2019t get enough. At the end of the night he boxed individual plates for guests to take some home as well. Spencer and Demetris were amazing, friendly, and fun! The food was delicious and they even gave us lessons on how to best eat the crab legs.<\/p>\n

Chef Spencer was punctual, professional, and so kind. He and his helper worked great together and were professional. The food was so good and he helped tweak the menu to make it perfect. We all needed naps after! We had so much left over. It didn\u2019t take them long at all and cleanup was even quicker. Will definitely be booking again. He is extremely good at creating wonderful, deep flavors that just keep you wanting more! His prices are very reasonable, and he works with you to get you the menu you want! We did a surprise at home brunch for our bride to be, and he came to our rental in Tybee Island. The spread included a fruit tray, turkey sausage, bacon, an omelette\/egg station (with various choices of ingredients), biscuits and sausage gravy, fried chicken and waffles, and shrimp and grits, and some juices. The smothered shrimp and grits were my FAVORITE. Having Chef Spencer come to our house 2 days was the best idea we ever had. We had a Bbq night and a country boil. Not only was the food delish and plentiful, he was so accommodating and nice to deal with. Left the kitchen cleaner than how he found it, with leftovers labeled and stacked in the refrigerator. \u00a0We had leftovers for days.
